App: Packed for Android (de.juiux.packed).
Controller: Jonathan Siegert (juiux), München, Germany. support@packed-app.com.
Effective 11 October 2026.

How to delete

In the app: Profile (your picture at the top right), Account & security, Delete account. Type your username and tap Delete. Immediate and permanent.

By email: write to support@packed-app.com from your account address, with your username; within 30 days I delete it the same way.

There is no export yet: ask me for a copy first.

What is deleted

Your profile, gear, packs, wishlist, notifications, sessions and sign-in logs, your Google connection and what Google shared, all your Friends & Family data, and your gear in other people's packs. Your profile, gear and pack photos are erased within 7 days. Deleting in the app also clears what Packed stored about your account on that phone and, if Google is connected, asks Google to remove Packed from your Google account; after deleting by email, or if Google cannot confirm, do it at myaccount.google.com/connections. Other phones signed in to your account drop their copies of your account, gear, packs, friends and trips once they notice it is gone; clear the app's data there to remove the rest.

What is kept

• Community items you published, until you email support@packed-app.com; I then remove them, photos included, within 30 days.
• Trip details in other people's packs.
• Copies on other people's phones until their app refreshes; photos they have seen, until 90 days after they last saw them, or longer if they do not open Packed.
• Backups and server logs: 7 days; the record of erased files: 30 days after erasure.
• Analytics and crash reports from before version 0.0.8: never linked to your account, deleted when the retention periods set in Firebase run out.
